Depression Recovery Program

Beginning Monday, February 13 at 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm for eight consecutive weeks, Acts of Kindness is hosting the Nedley Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program by Dr. Neil Nedley, MD. Join us and invite your friends and family to learn the practical steps to prevent, manage, and mitigate the effects of depression and anxiety. Recovery is for you.

Boundaries- Single Mom Support Group

Starting on September 19 from 5:00pm to 6:30pm, AOK will host a support group for the single moms in our community with the theme of "Boundaries." This will be an 11-week series with meetings taking place every Monday at Church in the Valley in the Acts of Kindness Centre. Moms will enter on a journey of personal growth and gain tools for better decision-making within relationships. Free childcare and food will be provided, as well as the book "Boundaries" by Henry Cloud and John Townsend.

Single Mom's Free Oil Change

AOK will be offering a free oil change for single moms (with children living at home) on (Sunday) Oct 23, 2022, at Church in the Valley.  The event will be from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. 


We are providing a free oil change, car wash, child care, and mom's hang-out area (pampering for moms, financial coaching, prizes, etc.).

AOK NightShift Ministries

The AOK NightShift team serves a hot meal each Thursday night to the homeless community here in Langley and they could use your support!


During the month of May, NightShift is looking for the following donations:

1. Blankets (gently used or new)
2. Emergency Blankets
3. New Socks
