Complete Health Improvement Program

The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP), is a lifestyle intervention program with more than 50,000 graduates worldwide.
Founded and presented by Dr. Hans Diehl, the CHIP program focuses on reducing coronary risk factor levels through the adoption of better health habits and lifestyle changes. Risk factor levels are assessed before and immediately following completion of the 40-hour educational program.
Results have been published in the American Journal of Cardiology (1998) and the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (2002).
